When using Ontario Directory, you agree that you will not:

- Upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Attempt to scrape, resell, or misuse data from the Service in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
4. Business Listings & Reviews
- Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including contact details, images, and descriptions.
- Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated or removed if they violate these Terms.
- We do not guarantee any particular ranking, visibility, or commercial outcome for any listing.
5. Intellectual Property
Ontario Directory retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our branding, design, and underlying technology. By submitting content (such as business details, photos, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that listings are complete, accurate, or suitable for your particular needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontario Directory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of Ontario Directory after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
